It took a while for the receptionists to see me, even though there was no one waiting ahead of me. I was not asked if I was in pain or told how long it would take to see the triage nurse.
Aside from this, all members of staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The triage and x-ray nurses were very calming and helpful and the entire visit was reasonably expedient.
Friendly staff - very pleasant was Good care taken of me altogether for nice enviroment
medically the care was good. Clearly the ward was very busy but the staff were cheerful and responsive but had little time for TLC. The catering left much to be desired; the choice was good but the food barely palatable.
Care - excellent. Staff workloads need to be reduced though.
Doctors & nurses v. good. Staff nurse Amy excellent. Food is of a low standard, little flavouring making in herbs & spices, soup extremely poor & apple/orange juice watery. Why cheap bread when shops sell wholegrain/multigrain loaves and rolls?
Well looked after, staff very friendly and approachable.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. Pain relief was always given when required. Sometimes I found the foreign staff difficult to understand. Some of the doctors explained very well what was happening. Others just seemed to talk to each other & not to me.
Took time to listen to what the patient had to say and also included the family in the patients treatment.
